Regional Finance Manager
Develop and periodically review finance & administration process, procedure and system for the efficiency of the operations. Manage day-to-day financial operations including banking, receivables, payables, claims, taxation and regulatory reporting. Considering indirect finance is centerpiece of the Japanese financial structure, it is key for further expansion of ESG finance to integrate ESG perspective into loans.
They would ensure the accurate setup of financial systems in field offices, monitor financial compliance, coordinate the regular and ad hoc production of field financial reports and budgets and trains field staff as necessary. The purpose of the Regional Controller position is to support the country offices in implementation of Finance in accordance with NRC policies and procedures. The regional Controller can also on behalf of the Regional Head of Finance perform quality and compliance control. The Public Expenditure Review and Rationalization report is the result of a collaborative effort between the Government of Papua New Guinea and a multi-donor team led and coordinated by the World Bank. The report focuses on the analysis of technical issues, understanding the systems, procedures as well as appreciating the inner dynamics of public finance management. The study notes that collaboration can be improved and strengthened, especially in the areas of including more intensive and frequent interaction to complement each others’ strengths and weaknesses and sharing responsibilities for analysis and drafting.
- Participate in regional SMT with strategic thinking, risk analysis and other engagement as needed. •Develop an expertise and maintain current on the rules and regulations of all donors, and provide guidance in the area of donor compliance. You have 3 to 5 years of audit experience and/or finance management/ controlling/ or accounting experience and you are looking for a high-growth challenge in IT company.
