Advanced knowledge of and ability in accounting principles, including NICRA, and financial reporting including accounting software. Leads on the completion of all financial aspects of donor programs, including preparation and execution of internal and donor reports/audits. Reviews Subaward financial reports and cash flow with program staff on a regular basis. Conducts onsite reviews of Subawards’ offices including systems, procedures and compliance to donor regulations and 2 CFR 200.

Strong written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to write required documents in a clear, concise, well-organized manner. Oversees related procurements to ensure they are in compliance with IWPR policy and donor regulations. Work with the Financial Directors to ensure that processes and procedures are coherent across IWPR, adapting and updating them for the benefit of the whole organization. Identifies and recommends improvements in financial processes, working with other Regional Finance Managers to ensure a global approach to all processes. Join the Asia-Pacific Regional Financial Control and projects team to coordinate Head-Office Finance reporting and contribute to other tasks and projects.
